Processing Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to achieve business targets and ensure all operations meet established standards
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and operating costs, identifying and mitigating risks
• Supervise operational activities to drive manufacturing excellence and continuous business improvements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical and professional capabilities
• Collaborate with Operations Coordinators and Engineers to support business improvement initiatives
• Provide relief coverage across various areas within the department as required

Requirements

• Tertiary or trade qualification in engineering, science, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop others to enhance team capability
• Strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues
• Proven ability to influence peers and colleagues to meet operational, scheduling, and people demands
• Flexibility to work a fortnightly staff shift roster (5-day x 12-hour day/night shifts)
