Processing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixers, homogenizers, heat treatment systems, and spray dryers via HMI controls
• Manage and document bulk ingredient blending, heat treatment, and controlled batch weighing
• Operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems
• Perform CIP, Clean-Out-of-Place (COP), and routine sanitation per SOP
• Complete all batch records and electronic documentation in real time per GDP
• Work cross-functionally with quality, warehouse, and canning teams

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working with HMI interfaces and digital data entry
• Ability to follow written SOPs and maintain accurate real-time documentation
• Strict adherence to GMP requirements (e.g., hair nets, no jewelry, no fragrances)
• Consistent and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food processing, pharma manufacturing, or a technical production environment
• Experience working in a regulated facility (FDA-inspected)
