Process/Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration.
• Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs, owning layout optimizations in assigned Delivery Stations.
• Provide process expertise on engineering design, defining material flow, conveyor positioning, and equipment requirements.
• Contribute to network standardization through best practice sharing with EU counterparts.
• Lead strategic initiatives to identify project opportunities that improve station designs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Experience with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at an intermediate level.
• Experience using CAD technologies such as Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp.
• Experience with data analysis, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
• MBA or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, or engineering.
