Process Workers

Responsibilities

• Perform basic food handling tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Food Safety standards
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear required PPE throughout the shift
• Use provided equipment as instructed by documented policies and work instructions
• Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, ensuring loads do not exceed 20kg without a team lift
• Alert supervisors immediately regarding any concerns with product quality, safety, or processes
• Adhere to all site traffic management policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices, HACCP, and WH&S principles
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20kg and stand for prolonged periods
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including weekdays and weekends
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for following instructions and communication
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team
