Process Transformation Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting
• Hands-on exposure to process mining and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, or Signavio)
• Strong AI and generative AI literacy with an understanding of enterprise applications
• Executive-ready communication skills and strong client presence
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM), controls, or governance
