Process Transformation Managing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-process transformation programs at scale, owning outcomes and shaping workstreams.
• Establish governance, value realization, and adoption models for process mining and automation portfolios.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to Operations and IT leaders.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and coordinate with external vendors.
• Shape commercial proposals, scope new programs, and support business development efforts.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams to elevate overall capability and excellence.
• Integrate AI-enabled approaches into transformation design, governance, and delivery.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in transformation consulting with proven program ownership.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-stakeholder operational change.
• Proficiency with process mining and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
• Deep expertise in automation strategy, governance, and value realization.
• Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
• Commercial mindset with experience in shaping and selling professional services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research and analysis.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, and security.
• Ability to build repeatable approaches to scale delivery quality across geographies.
