Process Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews and mapping of current-state workflows for software implementation teams
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks suitable for AI augmentation or automation
• Develop AI use cases, including problem statements, target-state workflows, and expected value metrics
• Partner with technical AI and engineering teams to validate feasibility and sequence delivery
• Serve as the operational owner for the use-case intake and prioritization pipeline
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in Delivery, Product, and Operations
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and ROI expectations for redesigned processes
• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure measurable business impact and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong background in business process analysis, process mapping, or operational workflow design
• Experience with software implementation lifecycles, preferably in financial services
• Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts, including generative AI, conversational AI, and copilots
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking software platforms or related financial technology
• Exposure to AI/automation platforms such as Copilot, Power Automate, or UiPath
• Prior experience in advisory, consulting, process transformation, or PMO environments
