Process Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support process mining and discovery initiatives, including data preparation and insight generation
• Build performance reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to quantify business impact
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to measurable business value
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Track emerging Generative AI and automation trends to translate them into applicable client use cases

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis
• Familiarity with process mining or automation tools such as Celonis, UiPath, or SAP Signavio
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working extensively with data
• High level of AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Exposure to core enterprise processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP)
