Process Trainee

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and processing using MS Excel to monitor production capacity and performance.
• Support Process Engineers with New Product Introduction (NPI), project launches, and series optimization.
• Create technical documentation and implement quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO).
• Assist in the procurement process for machinery and equipment and support their implementation on the production line.
• Prepare and monitor production plans.
• Collaborate daily with international teams in France and Spain.
• Maintain and adhere to health and safety (BHP) standards within the production area.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in a technical field (e.g., Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related).
• Very good command of English (essential for international communication).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and an analytical mindset.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week during office hours.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
