Process Technology Sr. Analyst-GTP

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Design and refine manufacturing practices in line with quality standards
• Use data analysis and cost evaluations to drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical support for new projects related to equipment and production lines
• Ensure machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria
• Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures, conduct inspections, and report incidents

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Proactive, curious, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Enthusiasm for technology, automation, and industrial engineering

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Ability to adapt to different departmental rotations
