About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance for end products by analyzing manufacturing process performance and improving practices
- Design stable, defect-free processes and track quality procedures from generation to implementation
- Optimize processes using technological information, benchmarking, and R&D coordination
- Provide technical support for new projects and initiatives related to the rolling mill line
- Monitor product quality results and implement action plans to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on cost objectives by optimizing the use of relevant supplies
- Ensure machinery and instruments meet established efficiency and manufacturing program criteria
- Incorporate energy-saving considerations into process development and phases
- Comply with all company policies, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
- Less than 3 years of full-time experience post-degree completion
