Process Technician

About the Company

TB&C, a company of the DELTA Electronics Group, specializes in the development, planning, and production of hybrid components (metal and plastic composites) and electronic assemblies for electromobility. The company also produces hybrid products for consumer goods, medical, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial sampling and define process parameters
• Analyze and clarify manufacturing problems, prepare, evaluate, and document injection molding processes
• Implement process optimizations and troubleshoot automation and periphery
• Produce small series and prototypes
• Support and qualify setup technicians and conduct training
• Provide technical support for equipment including injection molding machines, handling systems, and robots
• Create technical work instructions and documentation in the DMS
• Communicate with external trades (technicians, telephone support)
• Commission automation with manufacturers and maintain automation data (laser, scanner, 6-axis calibration)

Requirements

• Training as a process mechanic (Verfahrensmechaniker) and ideally further training as a state-certified technician or master
• Long-term professional experience as a process technician and experience in automation technology
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Ability to work in a team with a goal-oriented approach
