Process Technician Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of process technicians, providing training and performance feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving process or equipment issues.
• Assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding process changes, production data, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using packaging machinery and industrial tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar manufacturing or the renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Lean Management methodologies.
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of sustainable packaging practices.
