Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform re-inspection, rework, and reintegration of NG modules and battery packs into the production line
• Conduct first-line troubleshooting and initial evaluation of process defects and production abnormalities
• Maintain and manage defect records, traceability logs, and master defect lists
• Support Process and Quality Engineers in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities
• Document inspection results, rework activities, and defect findings according to company standards
• Communicate with production, quality, and engineering teams to coordinate issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulations, and 5S3R cleanliness standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to perform hands-on inspection and rework of production materials or components
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
• Flexibility to work adjusted shifts or overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate or Associate degree
• Experience with defect identification, inspection, or quality control processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
