Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to all machine, thermolater, robot, and other technical problems
• Oversee die changes and ensure machines are running smoothly
• Report production floor issues to the Production Supervisor
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize quality and cost-efficiency

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a technician in plastics injection molding
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes
• Expertise in mold set-ups and troubleshooting
• Experience working with robotics and computer controls
• Familiarity with typical machines, molds, and material problems, particularly for automotive applications
