Process Technician II

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets and ensure efficiency
• Perform daily maintenance and investigation of on-site abnormalities in the workshop
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve technical problems
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process optimization
• Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA rules, and company policies
• Assist supervisors with the training of new employees

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, Technical/Vocational training, or relevant manufacturing experience
• Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving exposure to extreme heat, cold, and noise
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual controls
