Process Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of the manufacturing process using computerized systems to ensure product and process parameters meet specifications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with inspection routines across all manufacturing processes in coordination with other technicians.
• Assist in identifying causes and implementing solutions for quality deviations to restore process control.
• Segregate and properly identify defective pallets or materials using "Hold for Inspection" (HFI) labeling to prevent unintended shipment.
• Communicate relevant process and product control information to stakeholders via personal contact, phone, or email.
• Monitor production sequencing of SKUs through the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and alert production technicians of any schedule changes.

Requirements

• Completed technical course (mandatory).
• Knowledge of quality tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minitab.
