Process Technician

Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. Our iron-air battery production is underway at our first high-volume manufacturing facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements
• Assist in equipment commissioning
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes
• Experience monitoring processes in assembly or production using strip charts, PI/OSI, or run charts
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
• Proficiency in digital documentation and basic spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented mindset for accurate record-keeping
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic electrical competence
