Process Technician - Electrical

Our iron-air battery production is underway at our high-volume manufacturing facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Sustain electrical testing equipment through routine checks and electrical function testing
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to restore safe, reliable operation
• Perform electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter and standard test equipment
• Support electrical panel build and panel wiring work
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to promote a culture of safety
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting equipment and processes in manufacturing
• Electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency using a multimeter and basic electrical test equipment
• Familiarity with electrical panels and panel wiring
• Basic understanding of motors and electrical power/control systems
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accurate documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
