Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general process operational skills including masking, painting, and chemical application on aerospace parts
• Execute heat/freeze press fitting and Eccobond applications
• Conduct vapour and grit blasting processes
• Read and interpret engineering technical drawings and repair schemes
• Adhere strictly to technical instructions, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and turnaround-time reduction
• Work towards key priorities and due date adherence to support operational commitments

Requirements

• Ability to read and adhere to engineering drawings and strict written instructions
• Experience with masking, painting, or chemical application
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Ability to work flexibly both individually and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-technology mechanical engineering business
• Proven track record in performing process, maintenance, or repair skills within an industrial environment
