Process Technician Clerk

Responsibilities

• Create delivery notes and labels based on filling instruction sheets
• Release, print, review, and verify shop floor paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Input changes as needed and prioritize work to meet production timelines
• Review live demand in SAP to make informed decisions regarding customer and affiliate orders
• Generate production schedules and release production packets as requested by the production planner
• Generate transfer orders for production as needed
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Production Planning to align on order requirements
• Review and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Support shared departmental responsibilities and daily operational reporting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience supporting planning, scheduling, or production operations
