Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain strict safety standards and follow emergency procedures when necessary
• Perform in-process and final quality tests
• Execute minor maintenance functions within the operating area
• Fill products into tank wagons and other containers
• Perform required computer transactions and work within a self-managed team environment
• Rotate through various roles and work a 24/7 rotating 12-hour shift schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift (e.g., 2 days on/2 days off, 3 days on/3 days off)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience operating fork trucks
• Working knowledge of personal computers
• Two-year Associate Degree or equivalent
