Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions to assemble machine parts
• Modify and adapt parts using special bench tools and machine tools (e.g., lathe) to meet technical specifications
• Perform function tests, alignments, and couplings between structures to ensure proper machine running
• Install machinery at client plants, perform start-ups, and adjust equipment to specific production requirements
• Complete machinery certificates of conformity in compliance with applicable regulations
• Train client personnel on machinery characteristics, safety features, and operational procedures
• Comply with all occupational safety, health, and environmental protection guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine assembly and machinery installation
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting engineering instructions
• Skilled in the use of machine tools and bench tools
• Ability to perform rigorous function testing and mechanical alignments
• Willingness to travel worldwide for onsite installations and support
