Process Technician 3

Responsibilities

• Start, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment with a focus on safety and quality
• Use technician computers to monitor machine statuses and maintain daily maintenance records
• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure consistent quality production
• Test, troubleshoot, and adjust manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic conveyance and nitrogen systems
• Perform advanced technical tasks such as multimeter usage, limit/gate switch troubleshooting, and injection molding operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role
• 2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, ranging from common tools to fabrication equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other industrial vehicles
• Knowledge of rigging fundamentals and overhead crane operation
• Experience with hot stamp and auxiliary equipment setup
