Process Technician 2

Responsibilities

• Start, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment with a focus on safety and quality
• Use technician computers to monitor machine statuses and maintain daily maintenance records
• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure consistent quality production
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, including hot stamp and auxiliary equipment
• Perform advanced technical tasks such as LOTO assessments, JSA creation, and hydraulic/air hose fabrication
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role
• 2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools, including fabrication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other industrial vehicles
• Experience with multimeter usage, rigging, or injection molding fundamentals
