Process Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Start, operate, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure quality production
• Monitor and record machine statuses and maintain daily maintenance records using technician computers
• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs
• Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate machinery or equipment
• Perform technical tasks including LOTO assessments, JSA creation, and basic multimeter usage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
• 2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, including fabrication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Strong communication skills, including basic English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other industrial vehicles
• Knowledge of hydraulic, air, and water hose fabrication
• Experience with hot stamp and auxiliary equipment troubleshooting
• Familiarity with mold change processes and injection fundamentals
