Responsibilities
- Act as the connective tissue between operations and the technology ecosystem
- Drive adoption and change management for the technology roadmap
- Build internal self-sufficiency regarding day-to-day system operations and process improvement
- Protect governance by ensuring adherence to defined processes for timekeeping, invoicing, and file management
Requirements
- Understanding of technology, lean principles, and theory of constraints
- Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in creating and managing workflows focused on efficiency and systems preferred
