About the role

Responsibilities

  • Improve process yield, quality, and manufacturability while reducing cost and operational complexity
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement and root-cause problem-solving activities
  • Develop, adapt, and qualify processes and toolsets for new semiconductor devices
  • Sustain and optimize established manufacturing processes in high-volume production
  • Apply statistical methods and SPC to monitor and improve process performance
  • Support factory throughput, efficiency, and environmental performance goals
  • Safely operate and process wafers in a cleanroom manufacturing environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Exposure to Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and/or Clean process technologies
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing throughput, and engineering statistics
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to all safety and environmental requirements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
