Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6+ process technicians to ensure consistent coverage over the electrode production process
• Coordinate with the process engineering team to develop, train, and mentor the team on latest process advancements
• Continuously improve materials preparation and production processes to support ramping throughput
• Execute daily management to ensure yield and turnaround time KPIs are met
• Recommend and lead the installation and assembly of new equipment or tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment
• Familiarity with materials handling and general lab practices
• Strong sense of patience and safety in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using digital tools and ticketing systems
• Ability to manage opportunities that impact operational success
