Process Specialist & Training Leader Chromatography

Responsibilities

• Ensure high training standards for production staff in GMP and practical process execution
• Provide technical support to shift leaders and masters during operational activities
• Support the commissioning of new HPLC equipment, including recipe tests, engineering batches, and PQ runs
• Assist in the implementation of the PCS7 process control system and paperless documentation via MES
• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs, onboarding processes, and technical documentation
• Act as a technical expert for assigned plant areas and support technical improvements with QA and engineering
• Support repairs, including the creation of LOTO plans and work permits

Requirements

• Chemical technician, Master Chemist, or equivalent technical training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical industry
• Proven experience in chromatography, ultrafiltration, or similar processes
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, chemical handling, and PPE requirements
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of GMP standards and the ability to communicate compliance requirements
• Experience with process control systems (e.g., PCS7) and paperless documentation
• Experience with the commissioning of new plants and processes
