Process Specialist Manufacturing & Process Technology

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for plant projects and equipment installations
• Represent production requirements during the introduction of new technologies
• Assist in the qualification and validation of new production equipment
• Participate in project management and lead sub-projects for small to large investment initiatives
• Optimize existing production processes through process engineering, automation, or PAT solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Experience or knowledge in plant and piping construction, machine technology, and occupational safety/explosion protection
• Proficiency in German (C1 level or native) and English (B2 level)
• Proactive, structured, and reliable working style with the ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lyophilization (freeze-drying) or spray drying processes
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience working in cleanroom environments
