Process Specialist Manufacturing & Process Technology

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for plant projects and equipment
• Represent production needs during the introduction of new technologies
• Assist in the qualification and validation of new machinery and systems
• Participate in project management and lead sub-projects for various investment initiatives
• Optimize existing production processes through technical, automation, or PAT solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Process Engineering or comparable professional experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Knowledge of plant and piping construction, machine technology, and occupational safety
• Understanding of explosion protection protocols
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• Proactive, structured, and reliable working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software
• Specialized knowledge in lyophilization (freeze-drying) processes
