About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify special SMT production processes and technologies
- Define technical specifications and support the selection of process equipment from suppliers
- Monitor production processes, analyze failures, and implement improvements to meet established KPIs
- Train process users and provide support to global technology experts
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives and integration projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in SMT processes
- Technical proficiency with equipment including Laser Insignium 4000, Ekra solder paste printers, and Fuji machines
- Hands-on experience with Parmi SPI/AOI, Viscom X-ray, and Schunk Routers
- Strong application of formal problem-solving methodologies
