Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the sales and intake process, including the preparation of due diligence questionnaires and RFPs for prospective clients, advisors, and consultants.
• Manage the sales pipeline and conduct detailed requirement gathering for handover to Implementation or Account Management teams.
• Assess new business opportunities by evaluating trend data, contribution flows, and existing assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with external benefit consultants and clients to maximize new business opportunities.
• Support the Relationship Director team with client rebid and retention proposals.
• Facilitate client audits by acting as a subject matter expert and walking auditors through operational processes and control frameworks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage timescales, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Propositions team to develop self-serve capabilities via the employer portal.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of DB/DC Pensions Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of pension regulations and legislation.
• Proven client-facing experience with excellent written and listening communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of risk control functions and regulatory processes.
• Ability to make data-driven recommendations and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as APMI, ACII, FPC, QPA, CF1, or FA2.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of investment products and services.
• Ability to guide and explain the customer journey effectively.
