Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the sales and intake process, including the preparation of due diligence questionnaires and RFPs
• Work closely with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and support their understanding of the operational framework
• Assess and review new business opportunities by evaluating trend data, contribution flows, and existing assets
• Build and maintain relationships with external benefit consultants and clients to maximize new business opportunities
• Facilitate client audits by acting as a subject matter expert and walking auditors through operational processes and control frameworks
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding timescales, deliverables, and client requirements
• Support the existing client Relationship Director team with rebid and retention proposals
• Utilize and improve the Q&A repository to ensure information remains valid and meets internal governance

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of DB/DC Pensions Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of pension regulations and legislation
• Excellent written and listening communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Proven client-facing experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Understanding of risk control functions and regulatory processes
• Ability to make data-driven recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience
• Professional qualifications such as APMI, ACII, FPC, QPA, CF1, or FA2
• Strong understanding of investment services and products
• Ability to guide and explain the customer journey
