Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Explore and implement AI tools and AI agents to improve efficiency
• Support data quality and master data maintenance in SAP
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and collaborate on solutions
• Contribute to process improvements and smarter ways of working
• Create and update documentation for knowledge sharing
• Use SharePoint to support collaboration and process visibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of business operations processes, ideally Sales-related
• Strong Power BI experience including data modelling and reporting
• Experience with AI tools or AI agent development
• Analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration
• Experience with SAP (MM or SD modules)
• Familiarity with SharePoint
