Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver Power BI reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring
• Perform SAP material master and customer master data maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support SAP process troubleshooting by identifying root causes and collaborating with stakeholders
• Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives involving SAP and related systems
• Document processes, workflows, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Utilize SharePoint for process development and reporting needs
• Actively participate in an international team supporting the EMEA region

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong Power BI skills, including proficiency in data modelling, report creation, and dashboard development
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and process analysis capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (specifically MM or SD modules)
• Familiarity with SharePoint for information management
