Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate operational strategies into tactics to improve uptime, capacity, and process reliability
• Accountable for meeting TCOM (fixed and variable cost objectives)
• Develop and execute priorities in conjunction with the Operations Manager
• Schedule predictive and preventative maintenance by date of completion
• Act as the owner for FEP Unit Communications and a key participant in Management of Change processes
• Champion best practices and manage effective systems and tools

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or substantial manufacturing experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing plant operations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with diverse teams of employees and contractors
• Experience driving continuous improvement in areas such as capacity release, quality, and EHS

Preferred Qualifications

• Process safety management skills in HHP operations
• Green Belt certification and/or experience with Agile or Lean Manufacturing
• Familiarity with SAP for cost and work order management
• Experience with Asset Care processes, including Work Management and Reliability improvement
