About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Process Safety Information (PSI) Program Management and Management of Change (MOC) support to operations and engineering
  • Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance for MOC and PSI processes
  • Conduct MOC in-flight monitoring and report on MOC/PSI metrics
  • Utilize Power BI dashboards to improve process monitoring and visibility
  • Support the closure of audit findings and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) recommendations
  • Strengthen process safety culture by improving workforce fluency and understanding
  • Develop and maintain critical documentation, metrics, and tools related to the PSI Program
  • Participate in process safety incident investigations, PHAs, and PSM audits as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) from a recognized university

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-quality MOC implementation and PSI
  • Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) concepts and principles, including PHA, MOC, and PSI
  • Experience in operations support engineering or process design work
  • Familiarity with building and managing Power BI dashboards
