Process Reliability Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Expedite equipment, tooling, parts, supplies, and documentation to operations
• Maintain accurate inventory within the CMMS system
• Stage and inspect all tooling for delivery and pickup as requested
• Pick up and deliver carts, parts, and hardware needed by Process Reliability Teams (PRTs)
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to identify and enter new tooling, parts, and locations in the CMMS
• Assist Engineers with updating the Bill of Materials and perform assembly, repair, or engraving of tooling and equipment
• Create purchase orders (POs) for tooling replacement as needed
• Perform regular cycle counts of tooling and transfer items to correct locations in the CMMS
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules

Requirements

• Basic mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate common computer programs
• Intermediate reasoning skills and the ability to apply common sense to written or oral instructions
• Professional proficiency in English (reading and speaking)
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
