About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively eliminate process risks and establish strong governance frameworks using PFMEA, control plans, and SPC to ensure disciplined process control.
- Establish and sustain robust reaction plans for out-of-control manufacturing conditions.
- Review and enhance risk-based qualification strategies and test plans to ensure compliant processes.
- Analyze manufacturing data, including NCM trends, yield, and defects, alongside field performance data to detect potential process gaps.
- Translate data insights into targeted improvement actions to eliminate recurring risks through systemic root cause resolution.
- Strengthen visibility of process performance through data systems to enable faster detection and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams regarding field and customer issue feedback, such as defects on arrival.
- Oversee overall manufacturing process performance and conduct periodic reviews to highlight key opportunities or risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or reliability engineering.
- Demonstrated track record in executing PFMEA, developing control plans, and applying SPC (Cp/Cpk) to sustain process capability.
- Proven ability in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities with the ability to drive systemic improvements.
- Effective stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on process discipline, prevention, and compliance.
