Process Redesign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze, redesign, and improve end-to-end business processes across customer, operational, and enabling functions
• Lead process redesign activities using Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify root causes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current ways of working and design future-state processes
• Produce high-quality process documentation using BPMN standards
• Define measurable outcomes and track process performance metrics to ensure sustainable change
• Support the implementation of new platforms and systems, including ERP, CRM, and service management tools

Requirements

• Extensive experience in process redesign, business process improvement, or operational excellence within complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end process re-engineering (As-Is to To-Be)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt highly regarded)
• Strong capability in process mapping and BPMN-based documentation using tools such as Signavio or equivalent
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking performance metrics
• Experience in transformation environments (e.g., ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, or Salesforce) is preferred
