Process Redesign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in complex environments
• Design and implement future-state solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
• Own process redesign workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and change
• Perform root cause analysis using Lean methodologies to uncover underlying issues
• Deliver practical, tangible improvements rather than just documentation or mapping

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end process improvement outcomes in complex environments
• Strong Lean Six Sigma capability with hands-on application
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a consulting-style environment
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience in customer-focused or high-volume operational environments such as contact centers, retail, or digital sectors
