Process Redesign Specialist (Lean/Continuous Improvement)

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Design and implement future-state solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
• Own process improvement workstreams end-to-end in complex, large-scale environments
• Lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement to drive alignment
• Perform root cause analysis using Lean methodologies to implement practical improvements
• Deliver tangible results in a consulting-style environment with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end process improvement outcomes (beyond just mapping or documentation)
• Strong Lean Six Sigma capability, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex transformation workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a focus on measurable impact
• Experience in customer-focused or high-volume operational environments is highly regarded
