Process Re‑engineering Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and design improved future-state models to support technology delivery and business outcomes
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and shape scalable process designs
• Support initiatives where process redesign is required to enable or optimize technology solutions
• Work at the intersection of process improvement and IT change within a technology-led environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst with a focus on process redesign and optimization
• Strong experience mapping end-to-end business processes and designing future-state models
• Hands-on proficiency with process modeling tools or notations such as Signavio or BPMN
• Experience working on IT-related initiatives with an understanding of systems delivery
• Proven ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting process change within Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery environments
