Process Quality Specialist Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Process Quality Specialists, GROM, and Diagnostics groups
• Oversee production quality processes, including standardization of best practices and process improvement
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and manage diagnostic analysis for internal and customer complaints (0km, Warranty)
• Supervise statistical process control and implement Lessons Learnt
• Support new product launches by overseeing APQP phases, preventive/corrective actions, and Poka-Yoke systems
• Coordinate and control the quality department budget, including electrical and mechanical diagnostics

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in a technical field
• Proven experience in a similar management role and leading teams
• Experience working with quality management systems and systemic documentation
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Knowledge of quality tools including 5W, Ishikawa, and PDCA
• Valid category B driving license
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and creative initiative skills
