About the role
Responsibilities
- Support cross functional teams and drive process and product non-conformance reduction through data analysis
- Participate in APQP Quality planning, including control plans, inspection plans, PPAP, FAIR, and FMEA/PFMEA
- Lead MRB and Root Cause Corrective Actions to champion continual improvement
- Facilitate problem resolution with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing groups
- Perform various audits including internal document, part, process, product, supplier, and customer audits
- Mentor and train team members as needed
Requirements
- Certified ASQ Quality Engineer (ASQ CE) or a two-year engineering related college degree
- At least 5 years of direct or indirect experience in manufacturing quality
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as Infor Syteline or SAP
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools or data-intensive user interfaces
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel 10%–25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Battery Production, Machining, or Electronic Assembly and harnessing
