Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough root cause analyses of defects and non-conformances to drive systemic improvements
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and handle Non-Conformances (NC) and Quality Notifications (QN)
• Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) assessments and design transfer activities
• Contribute to manufacturing process development and operational performance enhancement initiatives
• Handle process validation protocols and coordinate production builds for validation activities
• Utilize advanced data analytics to generate insights for process optimization and validation effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent vocational education
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, or Process Engineering (or degree equivalent)
• Experience with medical device CAPA methodologies
• Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Process Quality and data-driven decision making in a medical device environment
• Proficiency in managing complex non-conformances and driving effective corrective actions
