Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively address potential customer complaints
• Provide guidance on the acceptability of parts and update or create new product documentation
• Conduct process audits, prepare reports, and track the completion of corrective actions
• Participate in new product and process development team meetings to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics or a similar field
• Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of its standards
• Customer-facing experience
• Prior exposure to global manufacturing companies or international communication
• Training or experience in electronics manufacturing standards
• Understanding of electronics schematics and fundamentals
