Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation to guarantee final product quality.
• Supervise maintenance and update documentation through regular audits.
• Prepare, administer, and update control plans and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Audit release records and control plans against PFMEA to ensure alignment.
• Analyze root causes of defects, support Jidoka activities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Issue visual aids and quality alerts regarding quality findings.
• Coordinate containment activities and manage non-conforming materials in the production area.
• Train technical staff on the use of gages and measuring devices.
• Ensure proper calibration for production lines and measurement equipment.
• Manage internal and external customer claims using A3 reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Advanced English fluency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or production planning within an electronic manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools (Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.).
• Knowledge of Quality Management System standards such as IATF16949 and ISO9001.
• Proficiency in statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt).
• Quality Management certifications such as GD&T or ASQ certifications.
• Experience with supply chain management.
